COMMUNITY POOL
We are committed to ensuring that all residents can enjoy the pool in both a safe and comfortable environment. From pool cleaning to ensuring all rules and regulations are abided by, we take pride in the responsibility of ensuring everyone's safety.

Pool Season 2024
Our community pool will open on Saturday 04/06/2024 and be open WEEKENDS ONLY through 05/19/2024. Beginning the weekend of 05/25/2024 the pool will be open DAILY with the exception of a weekly cleaning day. On cleaning day, the pool will be closed to the community. Generally the cleaning day is Tuesday. We will confirm after new contract is executed with our cleaning vendor.
The pool will only be open weekends beginning 10/04/2024 and will be closed for the season on 10/27/2024 (subject to change).
Pool Safety
The FCF pool does not have a lifeguard on duty, and the pool is 'swim at your own risk.' Please read and have an understanding of pool rules to ensure a safe swim for all.

Pool Rental
We do not allow private rental of the pool and patio area at this time. Clubhouse rental excludes the use of the community pool during hours of rental.

Pool Access
Residents will be provided a key card for access to the pool and patio. Need a key card? Lost a card? Card not working? Contact Crest Management. If you are a renter, you may need to contact your leasing company/home owner. Replacment cards will cost $25.

CLUBHOUSE
Our clubhouse is ideal for hosting parties and special events. The space is equipped with all the amenities you need, including bathroom access, a kitchenette, and table/chairs. Our clubhouse is available to rent for a reasonable fee and deposit.

LIBRARY
With our free little library, we offer books, magazines, and comics for all ages so that everyone in the neighborhood can enjoy a good read. We rely on donations to keep the library stocked, and any support is always greatly appreciated.
PARK & WALKING TRAIL
Forest Creek Farms along with the support of our local MUD District led to a large investment in park upgrades. Our park updates in 2024 reflect our commitment to keep the neighborhood an attractive place for residents to call home. The new playground equipment, benches and upgraded landscaping are just some of the highlights that will improve the quality of life for everyone in our community. Be sure to check it out!
